- Traza tu Universo (un círculo) alrededor del espacio donde te encuentras.
Sintoniza con la energía del TODO que eres y dile: ¡este es mi Universo, todo lo que soy y todo lo que significa! - Elige un elemento que encuentres en e la Tierra y utilízalo para abrir tu espiral DE VIDA, luego repite: «ESTE SOY YO EN EL CENTRO DE MI UNIVERSO».
Toma consciencia de qué y qué significa tu Universo, tu misión de vida, tu divinidad, tu inspiración, tu creatividad, tus hábitos y tus amistades. - Escoge elementos que representen los tres círculos de vida de la cultura Maya: la espiritualidad, el arte y la ciencia, y traza un círculo para cada uno de ellos.
- Delimita todas esas cosas que quieres en tu Universo. Cuando estés en la parte espiritual repite: «Todo es todo y yo soy todo».
En cuanto al arte, decreta que tu conexión se vea reflejada en una vida de infinitas posibilidades.
Respecto a la ciencia, pregúntate: ¿qué quieres que tu cuerpo físico te muestre? ¿Cómo quieres desarrollar tu vitalidad y tu fuerza?
¡Esta es una gran oportunidad para iniciar nuevos proyectos!
